Return & Refund Policy
At DoggyDreams, we want you to shop with confidence. That’s why we offer a 14-Day Return Policy for defective or unsatisfactory items. Please read the full policy below before requesting a return.
🛒 How to Request a Return
If you received a damaged or faulty item, please email us at

Include the following details:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos or a video showing the problem
We will respond within 24 hours with return instructions.
⚠️ Important: Do not send your item to the address on the package. Returns must be approved by our customer service and sent to the correct return address we provide.
✅ Return Eligibility
You may return an item if:
- It is within 14 days of delivery
- It is unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached

- Stains
- Broken zipper
- Rips or tears
- Poor material quality
- Major color difference

❌ Non-Returnable Items
- Promotional or discounted items
- Items returned after 14 days
- Items damaged due to improper use or worn condition
- Returns due to wrong size or personal dislike
💳 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 1–8 business days to your original payment method.
🔁 Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different item, please return your current item and place a new order.
🚚 Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Do not use C.O.D. (Cash on Delivery) – we cannot accept such packages
- Please do not require a signature on delivery
- Once shipped, please email us the tracking number
⏳ Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund hasn’t posted:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card provider
- Contact your bank (processing times may vary)
