Return & Refund Policy

 

At DoggyDreams, we want you to shop with confidence. That’s why we offer a 14-Day Return Policy for defective or unsatisfactory items. Please read the full policy below before requesting a return.





🛒 How to Request a Return

 

If you received a damaged or faulty item, please email us at

Include the following details:


  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos or a video showing the problem



We will respond within 24 hours with return instructions.


⚠️ Important: Do not send your item to the address on the package. Returns must be approved by our customer service and sent to the correct return address we provide.





Return Eligibility

You may return an item if:


  • It is within 14 days of delivery
  • It is unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
  • It has one of the following issues:
    • Stains
    • Broken zipper
    • Rips or tears
    • Poor material quality
    • Major color difference
    • Big difference from product photo






Non-Returnable Items

  • Promotional or discounted items
  • Items returned after 14 days
  • Items damaged due to improper use or worn condition
  • Returns due to wrong size or personal dislike






💳 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 1–8 business days to your original payment method.


 

🔁 Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different item, please return your current item and place a new order.





🚚 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Do not use C.O.D. (Cash on Delivery) – we cannot accept such packages
  • Please do not require a signature on delivery
  • Once shipped, please email us the tracking number






Late or Missing Refunds


If your refund hasn’t posted:


  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card provider
  3. Contact your bank (processing times may vary)
  4. If you’ve done all this and still have not received your refund, contact us at support@doggydreams-shop.com
